- Conduct comprehensive bladder and bowel assessments

- Write and submit applications for the Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS)and state-based continence funding programs

Continence First @ Nurses Know How is the culmination of 30 years experience working as a passionate Nurse Continence Specialist (NCS) across a myriad of health care settings. During my NCS career, my commitment to providing best practice continence nursing assessments and management programs has intensified.
I have witnessed the powerful impact these strategies have had to enable clients and their families to heal well and stay well and remain living within their chosen community.
